Connector architecture
Connect With the Technology You Already Use.
Our applications integrate with existing infrastructure through connectors, APIs, webhooks and secure data exchange.

How integration works
Three ways in, and nothing you have to replace.
Connectors
Purpose-built adapters for a specific platform. They read and write through that platform’s own interfaces, so nothing about it changes.
REST API
Every application exposes a documented API with scoped credentials, so your own systems can read and write directly.
Webhooks & file exchange
Event delivery for systems that prefer to be told, and scheduled file exchange for systems with no API at all.
Availability
What exists today, and what does not.
We label every connector honestly. “Planned” means it is on the roadmap and not available yet; “Custom integration” means it is delivered as a scoped engagement for your environment.
Contact Centers 04
Connector for AsterCDR interaction and call detail data.
Connector for Avaya environments. On the roadmap; available today as a custom engagement.
Connector for Genesys environments. On the roadmap; available today as a custom engagement.
Connector for Five9 environments. On the roadmap; available today as a custom engagement.
PBX & Telephony 01
Connector for Asterisk-based telephony environments — one of several supported platforms.
CRM 03
Read and write customer records so Salesforce remains your system of record.
Customer and case synchronisation with Dynamics.
Contact and activity synchronisation with HubSpot.
HR & Payroll 02
Period exports mapped to your payroll provider’s expected format.
Employee, contract and absence data exchanged with your HR platform.
Help Desk 01
Exchange tickets and conversation context with an existing Zendesk instance.
Messaging & Channels 08
Send notifications, replies and reports through your own mail infrastructure.
Turn a mailbox into a managed queue inside Multi-Channel Inbox or IT Helpdesk.
Embeddable chat entry point routed into the digital queue.
Notify channels and users when tickets, escalations or thresholds require attention.
Route WhatsApp Business conversations into the digital queue.
Telegram as an inbound digital channel.
Social messaging routed into the same agent workspace.
Outbound notifications and surveys through an SMS provider.
Identity & Directory 03
Authenticate users and synchronise directory attributes from an LDAP service.
Directory synchronisation for user provisioning and group-based access.
Federated sign-in against your corporate identity provider.
Data & Analytics 02
Scheduled import and export of structured files for systems without an API.
Scheduled extracts into the reporting platform your organisation already uses.
Custom Systems 03
Every application exposes a documented REST API for reading and writing its own data.
Subscribe to events and receive signed outbound calls when something changes.
Scoped connector development against internal applications, databases and legacy interfaces.
Confirmed before you commit
Integration behaviour depends on the version, configuration and access available in your environment. During evaluation we validate against your actual systems and tell you plainly what will and will not work.
A note on positioning
We are not a PBX company.
Asterisk, AsterCDR, Avaya, Genesys, Five9 and the other platforms named on this page are systems our customers already run. They appear here as connectors — nothing more.
RingLyft builds enterprise applications. Which telephony platform sits underneath is your decision, and our products are designed so that it stays your decision.
Tell us what you run today.
Send us your platform, versions and the data you need to move. We will tell you whether a connector exists, is planned, or needs to be built.
